New Waldorf Astoria® Orlando Announces Golf Package To Celebrate
First Waldorf Astoria Golf Club

Inaugural Tee Times Await on Rees Jones Designed Course

August 12, 2009

ORLANDO, FL –The Waldorf Astoria® Orlando and The Waldorf Astoria Golf Club – opening simultaneously on October 1, 2009 – are presenting a special introductory offer for golf enthusiasts. The newly unveiled WA Golf package includes accommodations in a golf-view room at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando, two rounds of golf on the 18-hole Rees Jones designed championship course at The Waldorf Astoria Golf Club, and a $20 dining credit per person with rates beginning at $329 per room, per night, based on double occupancy from October 1 - December 24, 2009.*

"The Waldorf Astoria Orlando will offer unrivaled amenities, which include our challenging yet playable golf course," states Managing Director Peter Kacheris. "We are looking forward to welcoming golfers of all levels to experience Rees Jones' newest contribution to the game."

Playing a round at the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club, home to one of the most high-profile golf courses to open in 2009, is about experiencing a piece of history on the first course with the iconic Waldorf Astoria name. Although designed with a five-tee system for all playing abilities, the course is challenging as it winds through a large wetland preserve and naturally-flowing Bonnet Creek. Majestic stands of pine and cypress trees line the fairways. Its style was dictated by the land's existing contours and environmental sensitivity. The course has a par 72, slope 130 and 72.5 rating from the professional tees.

After the 18th hole, guests can enjoy their dining credit at one of the 12 restaurants and bars at Bonnet Creek, including New York favorites Peacock Alley® and Bull & Bear Steakhouse® as well as La Luce®, featuring Northern California's acclaimed chef and restaurateur Donna Scala. The Grille, located at the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club, serves as the 19th hole and will be a favorite meeting spot on Sundays to watch the final rounds of top tournaments.

The WA Golf package is also available with accommodations at the adjacent Hilton Bonnet Creek with rates beginning at $299 per night. To book the WA Golf package, please call a travel professional, 1-800-HILTONS (445-8667) or book online at www.Hilton.com.

*Subject to availability. Rates do not include taxes, gratuities or incidental charges. The $20 dining credit is per night and is valid for a maximum of two (2) registered guests and cannot be redeemed for cash. These rate offers cannot be combined with any other offers.
