The Waldorf Astoria® Orlando Future Site Of Renowned Spa By Guerlain

ORLANDO, Fla. – Two iconic brands synonymous with providing the highest level of service to discerning guests will join forces when the Waldorf Astoria Spa by Guerlain® opens October 1, 2009 at the new Waldorf Astoria® Orlando. Guerlain currently operates spas in only eight locations worldwide.

"We are honored to provide a world-class Guerlain spa to our guests at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and neighboring Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek," states Tom Parke, director of marketing for both resorts. "Treatments will be customized to each spa guest and may even include up to eight-hours of spa indulgence."

The 24,000-square-foot Waldorf Astoria Spa by Guerlain will be situated on two levels, overlooking the resort's signature pool and Waldorf Astoria Golf Club. Facilities include 23 indoor treatment rooms for individuals and couples, six private outdoor treatment areas, a relaxation lounge, and a full-service beauty salon. Fitness services, personal trainers, and a spa boutique with fragrance and makeup collections, will also be available. Complimentary valet parking will be provided for spa guests from other hotels and the surrounding community.

Signature treatments will include such Guerlain Méthode experiences as the 120-minute Intensive Facial, All-Over Contour Design Re-Defining Body Treatment, and Body Polish, featuring the state-of-the-art Vichy rain-shower room.

Bonnet Creek, Opening October 1, 2009

Surrounded on three sides by the Walt Disney World® Resort, Bonnet Creek is a 482-acre vacation destination encompassing the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.

The Waldorf Astoria Orlando will emulate the elegance and grandeur of its legendary New York namesake. Comprised of 497 deluxe rooms and suites, the property will feature signature Waldorf Astoria food and beverage establishments such as Peacock Alley and Bull & Bear, 28,000 square feet of exclusive flexible meeting space and a variety of pre-function areas. Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek will transcend the travel experience with 1,000 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, six distinct dining options, a two-acre lagoon-style pool, 122,000 square feet of meeting space and a variety of pre-function areas. Its outdoor venues include Bonnet Creek Island, a private retreat ideal for cocktails or storybook weddings.

Guests of both properties can take advantage of the Rees Jones-designed Waldorf Astoria Golf Club, WA Kids children's program, 24,000-sq.-ft. Waldorf Astoria Spa by Guerlain® and 4,000-sq.-ft. fitness center.
